On Thursdays from 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. we practice the TSA LUNG exercises together & dive deep into the power of this powerful practice.

TSA LUNG is a Tibetan breathing meditation form that supports the letting go of physical, energetic & mental obstacles.

With the triple cleansing breathing, she cleanses the most important energy channels & main chakras in our bodies & has a strongly transformative effect on the various topics that are included in the meditation.

I have been practicing TSA LUNG for over 15 years & learned it from my Tibetan Bön teacher Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche (BÖN is a primeval shamanic tradition in Tibet from which Buddhism emerged about 10,000 years ago).

He also wrote a very fine book about it, which I can only recommend to every interested person and practitioner.


What we heal within is immediately visible and tangible on the outside. Life reflects our inner being & it is in our hands what we get mirrored at any time. TSA LUNG is a WONDERFUL, everyday tool that can give us more freedom & power on all levels.
