The love relationship is one of many infinite possibilities to let love work through you.
For the past few years, I’ve put my heart and soul into expressing love in my relationship with a man. To heal everything that stood in the way of the free expression of love there, to open new doors, to have new experiences, to explore LOVE in the form of a love relationship.
I often reached my limits. Often they have been expanded. Just because I wanted it, because I wanted it.
Quite often I was desperate, so desperate, so full of grief that it paralyzed me and I was just a question mark.
But I always found my way back to myself and I often felt that love is there completely independently of my partner.
That I am always connected to her. because i am love Those were always very great, enlightening and comforting moments.
I realized that love is the source from which we all come, which works through us and through which we are all connected.
When love was withdrawn from me for the umpteenth time due to a lack of attention and attention, and I made my way to despair one last time, in which I completely doubted myself again and was caught in grief, I went to one Mountain ash that fascinated me last year.
I learned in Colombia and through Wolf Dieter Storl and the shaman Taquari that trees are wonderful places of refuge where we can get comfort and advice, recharge our batteries and get back on track, in the spirit of finding ourselves.
So I took refuge at the foot of the tree, cried and listened.
Listened and listened, breathed, cried, listened on.
I felt it was time to go back, but I wasn’t the wiser.
Then as I started to move, the knowledge came very clearly that I carry so much love within me that naturally wants to express itself. And if I am denied certain access to it, there are still so many areas waiting to be loved by me.
My kids, my projects, my clients, my home, my life.
A burden fell from me and the decision matured very clearly to be loyal to LOVE, in the sense of expressing it where it is needed, desired, may be, where it calls me.
In this whole process, I was abandoned in a very harsh and disrespectful manner last year.
I was just in Buchenau on a meditation retreat with my teacher Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche and many good friends.
It was a gift to be so cared for, protected and supported!!!
Every day I was able to experience how suffering transforms itself when you remain anchored in the space of your SELF. I continue to practice that and I am so full of space, light, love, strength and this is what this text is made of.
I just wanted to tell you, if you’re in a loving relationship, be mindful and respectful of one another, allow yourself to be love, recognize that you are love, and love from within that space.
If you don’t have a partner right now, stop seeking or suffering or both.
There are so many areas in your life that want to be loved, through which love wants to manifest. Love is independent of a partnership.
Anchor yourself in yourself. Recognize that you are LOVE, breathe it, live it and you will become a walking magnet, which is an expression of this LOVE and thus also attracts a potential partner with whom you can then walk this path together.
But don’t lose yourself because you feel incomplete if you don’t have a partner.

As Eckhart Tolle says so beautifully:

“Love is a state of being.” Your love is not outside; it is deep within you. You can never lose it, and it cannot leave you. It is not dependent on some other body, some external form. In the stillness of your presence, you can feel your own formless and timeless reality as the unmanifested life that animates your physical form. You can then feel the same life deep within every other human and every other creature. You look beyond the veil of form and separation. This is the realization of oneness. This is love.” – Eckhart Tolle, The Power of Now.
